Steps to Complete Your CME:

1. Download the mobile app, click here.
2. Click on the Program Schedule link on the mobile app.
3. Click the ? icon next to each session you attend.
4. The session evaluation form will appear with 4 questions you need to complete.  
5. Complete the form below at the end of the summit to download your CME certificate. This form will be available on your Mobile App and your website my account page on Saturday January 24.
