When and where will the Global Knee Summit be held?
The Global Knee Summit will take place from Wednesday, 21st January starting with a Welcome Reception for all to join to Saturday, 24th January  at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.  Additional hotel accommodation is available at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. Click here for more details and booking.

How can I register for the Global Knee Summit?

What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes full meeting access to all scientific sessions, non-CME lunch spotlight sessions, and the exhibition hall. Full breakfast, lunch, and evening receptions are provided in addition to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 21st January, 2026.

Are there any early bird registration discounts?
Yes, our lowest pricing of the year is available now!

Can I register on-site?
Yes, on-site registration will be available space permitting. However, we strongly recommend registering in advance to guarantee your spot and ensure a smooth, hassle-free check-in experience.

CME CREDITS

How do I obtain my CME certificate?
To receive your CME certificate, complete the online evaluation form sent to you via email after the Global Knee Summit. Once the evaluation is submitted, you’ll be able to download and print your certificate.

Is the Global Knee Summit ADA accessible?
Yes, the Global Knee Summit is fully committed to providing an inclusive, accessible experience for all attendees. The venue including session rooms, the exhibit hall, and all common areas—is ADA-compliant and equipped with accommodation such as wheelchair ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms to ensure comfort and ease of access for individuals with disabilities.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Attendees

Refunds are subject to a $50.00 (USD) processing fee and may take up to four weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by the Course Office no later than December 10, 2025. No refund requests will be processed after December 10, 2025.

Exhibitors

If an Exhibitor cancels by 1st October 2025, a full refund minus a $750 processing fee (plus an additional 3% processing fee if refunded by credit card.  If an Exhibitor cancels after 1st October 2025, no refund will be issued.   Full payment must be received prior to 15th September 2025.
